On the geekier side of things (LOL TITLE REFERENCE)-

1) YOH'S SUPER SAIYAN OVERSOUL MODE WITH A WORD THAT'S 20X BIGGER THAN HIM! FINALLY got to that episode. I'm sooo taking my sweet time with this. Now, I gotta decide whether I want to 1) do this and have to be restrained by con limits, 2) make Oversoul Yoh 3) MAKE BOTH AND ALTERNATE BETWEEN BOTH WHEN CON AUTHORITIES TOSS ME OUT YEEEEAH.

2) I should of used a's and b's for 1) cause that might be confusing.

3) Seriously, NSMB Wii was awesome.

4) Last week's episode of FT, with Ezra going Sailor Moon- wtf?

5) Nyan Koi, it's just. So. Good. I'm honestly conflicted between which anime is better, this or Chi's Sweet Home. On the one hand, NK is cute, funny, and has really memorable characters. On the ohter hand, Chi's Sweet home is funny, with really memorable characters, and is cute. Usually, I'd use cat levels as a tiebreaker...but this time around...D:! It's a bittersweet symphony, that's life.

Life is back to semi-normalcy. Grandma is in Mexico, feeling better. Mom is back, dad is back. So on that end, I'm good.

Uuuuh, I was going to skip tomorrow's class but I decided against it. I need to go do some chores around town and then I'll come back to home-home and begin my long path is three weeks of pain known as exam time.

I beat New Super Mario Bros. Wii, and it was awesome. I'm placing it higher than World on my Mario heirarchy, though I'm sure if Dom heard me say that, he'd beat me down. 64-3-NSBMW-World. Oh my childhood, how aptly you are described by polygons and megabytes.

And I had pancakes before. Now, this might not seem special to you guys, but when you grow up in a Hispanic family, you don't eat pancakes or sausage or your usual breakfast meals that often. We have our yummy food, but we get cravings for our American carb and proteins too. RIGHT CESAR?

Also, I got my Lego Holiday catalog (a new one after my November catalog), and man do I want some new Lego sets. When we move into our new house (which should hopefully be at the end of the month), I'll spend most of my break rebuidling my Knights set, my City Set, and my Pirate set.

Also, I wanted to be an architect before I wanted to be a lawyer. (as weekly pay check career choices, I ALWAYS, and still want to be a professional lawyer) Go figure.

I've been listening to Scooter again. And man, those Germans. They make good stuff.

AWWW YEAH NEW VENTURE BROS TONIGHT

I'm totally equating that love with New Super Mario Bros. Wii, or NSWMBW because I won't retype that. I don't get giddy about games THAT often (okay maybe a few times a year), but 1st party Nintendo stuff makes me extra giddy, and Mario platformers, OH MAN. The only thing that's as awesome is Metal Gear, and that's a fars away before a new one makes me all afiasojfaiojfa.

So a similar note, Brett's coming over for two days or something like that. ??? is the response as to shenanigans. So between him, and well, mostly NSMBW, and hopefully last week of school, aka transitioning into exam mode, as long as I can skip my class next Monday, whcih it seems like I might, I'll be distracted and such.

Uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuh. Normalcy Saturday I hope.

Notes:
Basing this off the tentative times so far, moving SE an hour later, and hoping to reduce conflicts with other shoots. Taking into consideration who might be there and not for bigger shoots and for certain costumes (Eve, Noah, Azuma, etc.). The GS/Y!J time should cover everyone hopefully. BTW ANYONE WANNA COSPLAY GARETT? Likely dropping a TB group shoot for this con, so it gives Sam, Karen (in case you don't get to come), Jack, Pierce, and a few others a chance to come together for a bigger group come Ota, unless we somehow get a massive group, it might still be on. Leaving two open spaces for Lovecom (as long as you come Kristina), as well as a possible Lag!alternate or a last minute ocstume addition, which I REALLY hope doesn't happen. Bling yo.

This looks to be a lot more solid than my last list, but I'll update it again soonish no doubt. I mean, it only took one day since the last update ;x.

On much lighter notes than my previous entry, I just ran into AREYOUAHOMOSEXUAL!person from last year, who wanted me to be their roommate. Oh man, it was an awkward moment of him...kinda just...

I might put on Noah later for some closet!fuckery. I wish I coulda gone to Greenville for Panera shennaigans. but with work and with trying to figure out WHAT THE FUCK I have to do for Income Tax (adjusted basis FTL), I just can't bleeeh.

BUT. The more Shaman King flows through my foryuka, the more badly I wanna do Oversoul!Yoh. I haven't been this excited for a cosplay in a while, at least construction-wise. I might just start working on the headphones this month, despite me not debuting the costume till AZ probably.

Though if I get ambitious, I might debut it at Ichiban. Speaking of, I'll probably do Roku there, if a certain Steph cares to join some Bemani fun. Obscurity awesomenesss!

And I'm also really excited for Otakon. Aside from SE retirement shenanigans that I want to do, Tiffany might come...and cosplay. Getting Tiffany to cosplay is like...getting Patrick to cosplay. It's a notch ABOVE making Hitsu Bankai and about even as accomplishment-wise goes for Full Body Regalia Nue.

Hopefully she'll pick something easy. YOU HEAR THAT RABBIT? Tegami or Vocaloid, gogogo.

Three more weeks of classes left. I'm just generally worried about Income Tax, everything else seems doable. I'm gonna do my best to impress my ConLaw professor, cause he's fly.

Oh, passed Dignity on Crazy on PIU. If I can pass the Danger Zones, I'll be back around my stamina range from two years ago. Not my attack-level yet, but, getting there.

So started my way back up the Pump It Up latter-took the Beat of the War 2 score today. What's Going On, you're next >:|. That's MY song, who the fuck do people think they are, with their 99.83% complete. Fuck that, 100% any and all Turtle songs.

At this pace though, I'll probably forget how to play 4-Panel (DDR/ITG), but I should play every once in a while since it's OG.

Also started replying CvS2 with my Tekken 5 hori, cause it's pretty, and maaaaaan, why do I love multi-partner games like this and MVC2 (though I suck at it) and Tekken Tag (KINGXHWORANG) so much. On that note, I'm conflicted as to when to get Tekken 6. It's without a doubt dropping in volume, but by the time it does, everyone wiill be really good and stuff :<. Same thing with DJ Hero...it's soooo sexy looking, and it actually looks fun, I waaaaant, but $120, geez.

And let's see. I think I'm just not gonna try SSB. I'm alright enough to beat Patrick half the time, and that's really what it comes down to in life...beating Patrick (see: Farmville).

Also restarted playing Initial D, but...racing games aren't really big competitive-wise...anywhere...in the country. Except for like, the Break...and that's Jersey.

Aside from that, I think I've leveled out on IIDX, and I might just stay there, cause as suggested by Steph...you have to be Japanese to be good a it. Same with Pop'n, but if I got a Pop'n desktop arcade, I'd be all over that.

But for now, that should be a good restart. It was all the competitive games I was best as (or their counterparts). I'll still play stuff like Lumines, Arcana Hearts, and GGXX, but just for funs. I'm on the fence about putting more effort into SFIV or BB though, with their updated versions coming out soon (SUPER STREET FIGHTER FOUR ALPHA MAX...THIS SUMMER). And then there's Battle Phantasia, the cute fighting game no one else plays but that I adore >:.

And shooters, no one plays shooters ever.

But not FPS's.

OMG. That could quite possibly the best concert I've ever been to, knocking out System of a Down from the spot. Dude seriously, as if it weren't enough that Kevin Focus was REALLY good and the Forum had a better sound system, Tiesto played KIDS. I don't think I've ever fanboyed for a song so badly in my life. And then Tiesto brings out Adagio for Strings and that just made the place go NUTS. And as if to top himself, he played He's a Priate...AND some Spanish-guitar riff-stuff things which I sorta recognized but don't kwno the name of. That was an odd one off his last non-In Search of Sunrise album but it was gooooood. Man, this guy knows how to play to a crowd SO well. I'll upload some videos of it if wireless is compliant tonight :x.

On non-geeky news, I'm a litlte past the mid-way point fo school now. Six more weeks of school before exam time. But I'll make a little more serious post about those things later on today or tomorrow.
